Microsoft will not let John Miller from AOL buy YAHOO...NO WAY!!
I bet as soon GM, Ford and Chrysler are approved for the Gov. loans and things get clearer and more stable, Microsoft will come back to the bargain table closer to the original offer to acquire YAHOO.
It’s written allover!
I am longer than you are, but i can promise you if Balmer does come back, the offer will be nowhere close to the original offer. This is a different market. I recall he even mentioned that when his offer was rejected. Max. offer for the whole co. (which he is not interested in) may be 32b instead of the original offer of 47b. Just calling it the way i see it!
When the messenger delivered the news...things are moving very fast...and that is lots of doe in few days.
I guess Carl wants to make up for his loss and more than double his new take!

No threat of Miller buying Yahoo...he doesn't have the power. Msft and all other capital investment and private equity players know this...it is why the stock didn't go to $20 this morning when it was first announced. Basically the market said,"Yeah, sure dumbass".
