Microsoft Contemplating Stock Swap with Yahoo
Sources close to the matter have said that Microsoft is contemplating a one for one stock swap with Yahoo in wake of Jack Ma's advances on Yahoo.

Now that the NDA is signed Microsoft's offer will be on the table next week. We will also get an offer from Jack Ma before Yahoo makes a final decision.

MB99 you keep falling off the wall of reality with your wild speculations. I looked at your many many posts and your all over the map. You take pot shots at anything moving. I imagine you are here on some distorted ego trip. But in fairness to you, tell the board why MSFT would give up a share for share swap of it's stock for YHOO? Does that make any sense when you have %%plus Billion cash earnoing almost nothing on your balance sheet. I believe MSFT will be a big player in YHOO buyout, but it will not logically be with stock.

You might want to look at my history as my sources last three leads were dead on. Yahoo dropped out of Hulu bidding, Jack Ma interested in Yahoo and Silver Lake interested in Yahoo.
