DID YHOO CONCEAL THIS ONGOING LITIGATION?

It sure is strange that this was not common knowledge. I do not remember seeing this in any Yhoo filings.
Is the next leg of shareholder lawsuits about ready to drop?

    • ....probably have 10 or more such frivilious lawsuits that they will never pay a dime on and merrit little attention. If you sue your local town for $2.7 bil. it will get some press but you will never collect anything. Again, at most YHOO will pay very little and not for years. Probably nothing. Now my suit against AAPL in Nigeria is going to make me rich.

This is no longer a lawsuit, this is a ruling. Yahoo lost the lawsuit and they can appeal the ruling. The outcome of that might be the same, less or more and Yahoo will comply.
If dariencat8 sues his local town for $2.7 bil. it will possibly get some local press but if he gets a ruling he gets national press and collects.
Suing AAPL is only going to make dariencat8 rich if he wins and Nigeria or Nebraska Apple has the resources to fight any litigation anywhere.
