    Mexico Wants Alibaba Windfall

This lawsuit wouldn't be as large and ridiculous if the Mexican Yellow pages see that gold mine sitting in Yahoo's treasury from the Alibaba investment. Now, Yahoo will have to pay lots of lawyers, same old, same old. If they are not enriching themselves with millions of free options, they're wasting it somewhere else, anywhere but to the long suffering shareholders. Hoping there is a change of heart, and we get a Santa surprise from Marissa....but I won't hold my breath.

    Sentiment: Buy

    • You can see the future - 3 Form 4's were filed after the close for Mayer and 2 others totally over 3 million shares - there goes the buyback benefit - straight into their pockets - bad news ahead.

You and I have seen this before and it never ends well.

      Sentiment: Strong Sell

The thing with the Mexican system is that damages are not awarded based on how rich a company is like often in the US. In Mexico damages are awarded based on proven damage.
I break your finger in the US and you get a house and my cars. I break your finger in Mexico and I pay medical expenses and loss of pay.

This ruling, it no longer is a lawsuit, is this large and ridiculous because they were able to prove that was the damage Yahoo cost them.
