Does someone have contact info to customer care for Yahoo!
Okay, once again, I spent time crafting a longer post only to have it not post & disappear...
Does anyone have contact infomation to actually speak to a live person. I have tolerated this for far too long.
I think that everyone should post their complaints on this board. It is sure to get their attention. During the last change I said that I would (and did) sell my shares because I didn't want to own shares in a company that ignores input concerning dissatisfaction. What ever happened to "The customer is always right"? They need to spend the money to hire public relations people who are available and responsive to the public.
That's trick question I'm afraid as the help and customer care is a run around. That being said if choose the right subject and sub-title to complain about you can get through to a real person...granted this person will get back to you within 3-5 days, it is a real person. The "urgent" reply of less than 3 days is if you use the harassment subject I think. When I lost my ID last time, in which I got a run around for a week...half said I was fine and it still got deleted they gave me a way. Sorry I can't remember it though. Oh, you can go to their FB page as I laid into them there and they begged to write them privately.lmao Have them fix these typing boxes too as it only shows 2 and half lines of typing. Thanks!
