also no YAHOO CUSTOMER SERVICE, email, or phone number to call for trouble
Yahoo has made itself unavailable to customers with problems or suggestions. When streaming quotes go down, all you can do is run to another service. I don't think they really monitor their own services... there is no 800 phone number to call for help, problems, technical snafus. That is why I am cancelling their streaming quotes... waiting to trade enough to get my free super streamer service from FID INV.
LOL LOL LO L Corporations do not want any LIVE phone contact
with their customers. What really funny is that even phone companies
won't talk to you unless it's their sells dept.. So here is the trick. Call
the sells dept. of any corporation and ask them if they will transfer you.
This works about 50% of the time. Remember, this is typical American
corporate foundation. NEVER talk to an established customer as they may
ask you to fix a problem or issue. It cost money to hire the people to deal
with your issues and they really don't give a damn. Just make sure you
pay or they will go after your credit report like a fly to #$%$. After all, they spent
good money advertising to tell you how good they are to get their claws on
you in the first place. Anyone who reads this must give me a 2 year contract
or I get your first born child plus penalty.
I DON'T understand how this neglect of customer service could possibly be a workable business model. I HAD to move my email account to Google because I couldn't get any assistance in fixing my email account so I could view my mail. Once the repurchase 'plan' is over, I'm outta here QUICK
