If its not broke why fix it?

Today I went to yahoo groups and they have changed it so much that I no longer know what to do . So I went to yahoo help and 100's of people had asked the same question as me and was no answer. We liked old yahoo group format if it is not broke why fix it. People vote with there pocketbook I will no longer use yahoo groups. Sorry but the old groups were good for us people who were not computer gurus. I am sure someone is paid by yahoo to dream up these changes but the trouble is once these changes come about the only one who can navigate the new sites are those who dream em up. I know I speak for many when I say bring back the old group format it was better.

    • They "fix" it for a couple of reasons, none of which do any good for the user. First, it keeps people at Yahoo who would otherwise have nothing to do, busy. You wouldn't want to see those people out on the street looking for an honest job, would you?. Of course not.
Now, the other reason: what about those Yahoo executives who need to justify their existence and extremely high pay? They have to prove that they're doing something. It doesn't matter if it's good or bad. Just show that they're doing something.......anything. So, that's about it. Job justification.
