    4th Conference exhibit? May/ASM/New Orleans?

    Hi Lockshed-

You sure are feisty today. It appears you must have recently had another private chat with the CEO that has emboldened you and prompted you to kick up some dust.

<<Do you and Omar fail to realize that the TMC is a project that is meant to gain 3rd party validation.>>

I won't answer for Omar but I've read all I can find about the TMC project and do indeed understand the TMC trial is an important third-party validation event for the company. As you know, I've posted several times to that effect.

<<And with all these ASM's NanoLogix is attending, building a clean room, purchasing 8 machines, hiring staff (for Bio-start at least), paying for a 3rd party to test 6 additional bacteria including cholera, it does not appear to yet be "cash-strapped" like you projected a year back or so.>>

I see your obsession w/my cash-strapped comment continues; too bad you can't get it right after all this time.

I posted back in Oct. 2009 that the company was cash-strapped not that I was projecting it would be. What I projected as a consequence of being cash-strapped was pain for current shareholders if the company did not start large-scale commercial production by the end of that year.

That pain has, IMO, come in the form of continuing dilution as the company has had to print new shares to raise cash because it had little money in the coffers and no meaningful revenue stream. While the company hasn't released any financials for 2010, I think a reasonable estimate of the increase in shares since the beginning of 2009 is around 17-20%.

Here's another projection for you: Given there is no indication of high-volume commercial sales yet, I think the company will have to print additional shares this year to raise more cash. Yes, a necessary evil since sales haven't developed anywhere nearly as quickly as the company expected.

<<"Has this been validated yet outside the company's laboratory? Is identifying the proper antibiotic w/NNLX technology part of the ongoing TMC trial? I believe the answer to both is no."

I bet you are wrong just like the completely errant cash-strapped statement. Why do you speculate when you have no clue?>>

No need to bet, just prove me wrong and I'll gladly thank you for doing so. Actually I was trying to clarify two facts: 1)Whether the ability of NNLX technology to determine specific antibiotic efficacy has already been validated by an independent third-party and; 2)Whether this is part of the TMC trial protocol.

I have not been able to find anything in the public record to affirmatively confirm either of these. If you know I'm wrong, I would appreciate you providing some info to back up your position-- even if it's because Barnhizer told you so during one of your private chats.
