not too sure about this, seems if it was an amazing idea someone could just change up the gas mixture and arrange the plates differently and skirt the patent. I mean there are some 250 patents for traffic lights, just becasue you got a traffic light patent doesn't mean you control traffic lights now.
I am not exactly sure what the money potential is but I can see this being the standard packaging of petri dishes in the future. Just as those razor sharp plastic, completely sealed, package for everyday items have become the norm so too will this packaging for petri plates. The benefits are leaps and bounds over existing packaging and the only questions are how long will it take and will Nanologix still exist (company bought out) when it happens?
