Has anyone here emailed Ali Solomon in the past?
I' had difficulty in reaching him and have also emailed. I left two messages on his voicemail and a women picked up his call once. She stated he's in the field most of the time.
My question is quite simple: Can investors expect an on-time, complete 10Q filing for the period covering January 1 2011 - June 30 2011 as layed out in your recent PR?
This was spaced over a 10 day period and I've yet to catch him or receive an email answer. I do realize as an investor I'm owed nothing for an answer, but in the past with other like companies had no problem getting answers.
I never could understand while the practice of filing late 10Q is common for penny stocks, why they would make mention of being listed on the Frankfort Exchange knowing that a late filing will automatically negate that possibility. I hope joro is wrong and the term "soon" really translates into on-time!
