Call this number, ask for the Duty Officer, then ask for Todd B.
He's an SEC fraud investigator/case worker.
Go ahead and gamble that I'm just full of hot air and just some guy who claims to have filed some paperwork.
When you call and see the number is real, the Duty Officer is real, and that the agent is a real life SEC Caseworker, go ahead and hang up and ask yourself how important this really is because its about to get real for you and your co-workers and family.
I've talked to the SEC before. They send you a name of someone and then when that person calls they could give 2 s#its less about what you are saying. Plus...what are you going to say or report...UBRG posts PRs..Ooooooooo! UBRG had their website down...Ooooooooo! It's hilarious stuff you mor0n. LOL!
Todd is different. And I'm not the one calling him. The number is for you. I already know Todd. He's genuine and good guy. Not only does he care, but he's the type of watchdog you want as a friend or resource.
If you called... Which you won't because you're an imbecilic coward, afraid of the truth and too stupid to see it, he'd actually call you back if you left a number and spend time explaining anything you'd like to know.
Slam me all you want... It's your default... But you don't know Todd... You won't call him and give him a chance, so just don't say anything at all about him.
Also... The topics I'd cover if I were you would be resources weighed against claims, and perhaps the definition of "material to stock holders"
