The difference between IPO and RTO is that the IPOs have a due diligence first before they go public.This is why most of them get valuations sooner or later similar to their american peers.
Same thing happens with XUE.
Look at the multiples like pe for BIDU , HMIN, CCSC, EJ, AMAP, KH, AMBO etc. too.
