Seems like some entity or entities jumps in as stock tries to go low volume with very modest volume buys at market that raise price a bit.
Very odd. This ridiculous stock llost less than 1% when Citigroup lost nearly 4%
That is nuts.
Perhaps the institutions are taking it "private" quietly. You could probably put the direct retail holders in one large living room at this point.
