I see this as an issue of PLC not being able to attract new investors. The ones who bothered to follow it down from the Amex to the pinks have no doubt loaded up on shares in the single digit days and isn't looking to pony up more $$ for now... Simply being a penny stock on pinksheets is reason enough for 99%+ of investors to ignore a stock, no matter how compelling the story or bright the future.
How do we get this extreamly high potential stock onto a respected exchange at a respected price?

By putting a strong business plan in place and generating revenue, growth, and profits. They have speculated on the size of the RG market, lets see them get a share of it. I think it is going to be a long slow road. The street has given up on poor old PLC. It's going to take some pretty impressive stuff to bring investors back.
