While we can get level II quotes for most OTC stocks at a otc website (which Yahoo won't allow to be posted here (I'll try on the next message)). we can't access them at that site for PLCSF, unless PLC Med. Systems pays a modest fee to OTC. That website will forward a request from you to PLCSF that they subscribe to their service if you go to the website, type in PLCSF, scroll down to the question, "Why no Level II quotes are present for PLCSF," and then click on "find out more" directly to the right of that question. Perhaps if PLC gets more requests from us, they'll respond, and we'll be able to access the level quotes at that OTC website.
Well, it's $6000 a year. But, if they're looking to have their shares traded more often, with greater info about the range of bids--which any serious investor wants to have--then it's a good investment (esp. when they're putting $1M into promotion and stock enhancement).
