    what they're not talking about: they haven't done anything with their enterprise products in 5 years. Now they say they are going to sell with IBM. could be a good strategy, but also could be too little too late. Also at what cost? IBM doesn't do anything for free, so expect lower margins, higher cost of sale. Radha and Brian have their hands full, and not a good track record of being able to manage their way out of a paper bag. And I'm talking small freakin lunch sack!!
    well I think you're blowing smoke out of yerazz, without knowing WTF you're talking what I'll "expect" is Sprt being positioned just fine to capture wireless triple-play sevices as they ramp up...

    • actually know quite a bit about what I'm talking about. stated that the enterprise products haven't been enhanced in 5 years. That's why sprt only had 3 new customers last quarter. That's pitiful! I wasn't talking about the triple play prayer that they are talking about. the funny thing about the triple play positioning, is that with new technology such as this, you never know what the issues are going to be. You're hoping that with sprt's positioning they have the knowledge and product strategy to meet what the demands going to be....but if they miss the mark, they are hosed! That's a big bet on someone that doesn't have the best track record of adapting to a moving market. they totally missed the enterprise play, when they were very well positioned to do well there. now they are partnering with ibm to go to that space. they were partners with ibm since '00, what's different now??? I'd like to see someone ask that lame ceo that question!
