    The TechGuys is part of DSG International plc, Europe's leading specialist electrical retailing group. The TechGuys team includes 3,000 experienced and accredited technicians who handled 3.6 million calls last year and fixed 80% of callers' IT problems over the phone. The TechGuys will use SupportSoft's System TuneUp software, which is also offered through SupportSoft's consumer service in the U.S., support.com. System TuneUp is ideal for consumers suffering from slow computer start-up, shut down or overall poor speed. By optimizing settings and identifying and removing unnecessary files and programs, System TuneUp can deliver a noticeable improvement in computer performance.
