FRS was founded in 1923, and the founders are long since dead since I don't see any insiders with a Frisch in their name. Institutional investors are very big owners of the stock. It's had a very good record over the last years since it became a public company. According to VL, since 1998 it's earnings have increased by 14.5% per year, and it's raised it's dividend from 28 cents to 44 cents a share. It's been profitable every year since it became public- in the seventies I think. -About as good as any public restaurant chain. -And it's up about 20% in the year or so, since I bought it. It had a bad year last year (earnings were down from the previous year). -But the stock was up about 3% today, on reasonable volume, so investors seem to think that earnings will be good this year.
