All Big Boy Restuarants closed in Ohio?

All Restuarants closed their doors in Zanesville,
Cambridge, Marietta .I was also told that the Elby's
restaurant closed also. I've only heard rumors that there
was some type financial improprieties that uncle Sam
found. Anybody know the specifics on this. I haven't
seen anything in the news. I'm interested in hearing
specifics. It was a surprise to the emplyees of the
Zanesville stores who are now looking for work..

    • What has this to do with Frisch's, and if you feel it does have anything to do them, then I suggest you go their web site and contact them.
I really hate unfounded rumors with no links to facts!

      • 1. According to Frisch's profile they own BiG Boy
Restaurants. 2. All the restaurants closed without warning.
Zanesville,Cambridge, Marietta, New Philadelphia, Ohio. Even the
employees in the Zanesville area were totally caught off
        guard. 3. What I didn't know for sure I stated as a
rumor. The restaurants are definitely closed and the
rest of the info is from employees. The Times Recorder
Newspaper (Zanesville area) had article in todays paper
stating that the stores closed due to overexpansion by
the company. The paper also stated that all questions
were directed to company officials who did not return
any calls. I was hoping fellow board members could
offer to fill in the blanks or offer more info. I
didn't know they had a web site. Thanks for the info
