BRK is buying BNI and is the #1 institutional shareholder.
AGTHX is also the #1 shareholder of CSX and UNP.

  I did not see AGTHX holding CSX. Holdings are MSFT, ORCL, GOOG and APPL. Are you sure about CSX. Thanks.
