    Wall Street Out of Control

Stocks used to be sold so business could raise or borrow money to finance growth or start new. Stock Holders were paid dividends for their money and if the business was successful the stock grew in price. Today it is out of control far from its intention. You have day traders and computers buying and selling with know intention of investing. As a result the market has huge daily ups and downs with know honest explanation. The explainations provided are an insult at best. Why not make anybody who invest in the market have to keep their investment at least six months before it can be sold. This would stop the madness and get back to what it was intended for in the first place. Think about it.
