no they are not talking chapter 11 but talking about chapter 7. Still planning for liquidation and that's why Tilson bolted. I sold this morning, guessed I might as well believe them.
Cutting deals to remain solvent so that they can start over. The company asset is legal brain power! And that is still there.
Why do some of my posts not show up I wonder. Anyway, I will try again. The company is not giving common shareholders anything, not today, not tomorrow, not next year, not EVER. The sooner you accept that, the better off you'll be.

Liquidation To Pay Off Debt, Downsizing The Work Force It All Sounds Good.Hell For A Company With Only 38.2M Shares (According To Scottrade). Why Not Just Issue More Shares To Pay Down The Debt?
