Does somebody know something I don't?
PVD dropped on a pretty bad earnings report, as compared to the prior year Q1:http://edgar.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/931588/000095010308001214/dp09770_6k.htm But their earnings seem somewhat related to investments that they have to make in world markets - so they should bounce back with the market rally that began in April. Then again, why are their earnings so tied to what their clients' funds are invested in? I guess there's a defined benefit component to their pension plans? That could be bad for them long run.
earnings/dividends about to be anounced. I hope that the selling is not based on advance knowledge
It went up over 5% today. Yeah!
I am thinking it is related to the strengthening of the dollar and that is not expected to last. I bought more!
