This is a very illiquid stock. So any abnormal selling pressure will tend to drive thru normal bids. And as the previous post indicates, there are a couple of Chilean companies that have "accounting problems". Those companies shares are part of the assets managed by PVD (which pretty much owns a piece of any public company in chile).
Short-term, there may be more selling pressure - specific to Chile as well as the global stuff. Longer-term, this doesn't affect the Chilean economy or PVD.
