Let's see. I'm trying to remember when BRCD recently gave lowered guidance for 2001 like BRCM did. Cant seem to recall it. Oh well. Who cares if they have any similarities! BRCD is up, therefore BRCM must go up. Brilliant.

I see you are using that time tested short tactic of repeating the same bit of misinformation over and over in an effort to scare the less informed into selling their shares.
BRCM did NOT give lowered guidance for 2001. They stated that there would be aquisition charges in 2001, as there always are when a company makes an aquisition. "Lowered guidance" implies operational results, which remain unchanged.
If you want to be short, be short -- but don't try to fool others with misinformation. It's quite transparent, and it makes you look silly.
