    Mostly agree but I'm not sure about takeover target. Yesterday Joe K was part of a discussion on the recent slaughter of HMO prices. Much of it was due to hesitancy to project further enrollment increases. My opinion is that Mamsi doesn't have to worry about that because CareFirst(largest player in Mamsi's core market) is the worst run plan on the planet and Mamsi will continue to take business and increase enrollment. Earnings will continue to grow. Conservative pricing should put this stock in the 52-55 range. This is the best opportunity since before the first quarter results were announced.

      Agree, plus the economy looks a little better now than in the second quarter as we have had 3 weeks in a row of initial claims for unemployment of under 400 thousand. In the second quarter there was not even one week of initial claims for unemployment that was under 400 thousand.
