    would love an answer

could someone please tell me, why, on msn stock rater....there are billions of dollars in insider sales, which brought the price down, plus it as of today now enjoys a 10 rating, but the long long list of insider trades has no buys... Right...what kind of fools do they think we are...........BIG ONES...Tell me they don't know how low it is, and that THEY on their own site put a 10 rating on it...and they are no where to be seen, certainly no buys or purchases on the insider tab. Guess they are not interested in profiting from their new 10 rating. Would love some feedack.........thanks

    • You have to realize that the top directors have been issued options for years. They keep getting thousands of shares. Therefore, they never buy any shares. But after all this time of receiving shares and options, they sell at some point. It makes sense to dispose of 1% of your entire portfolio of MSFT shares, does it not?

In other words, after a long while of accumulating shares, one naturally would be expected to sell a few, no?
