      Further, in consideration of the fact that you refrained from calling me stupid and used no other language that was belittling to others I am going to respectfully agree to disagree with your position, not on any specific political ideological grounds but based on one inarguable set of facts.

      None of us, no matter how hard we try, can know with complete empathy the intimate details of others' trials, travails or suffering. There are good and sincere people across the spectrum from the most rabid of the left to the most rabid of the right. At 60 years old I have seen tragic consequences in peoples lives due to decisions made at either end of that spectrum.

      Our constitution, like most concept and process documents, (you will have noticed this about all your military manuals and guides including technical pubs) begins with a declaration of "Subject", Scope" and "Purpose" to which all subsequent sections or chapters from table of contents to index and appendix give breath, elaborate and expand upon. There should be nothing contained in the document outside that subject, scope and purpose.

      Those sections, subject, scope, and purpose in our constitution are combined in an opening declaration known as the "Preamble", a common convention of the time in which it was constructed.

      "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

      "We the People" means ALL of us, not just the fortunate few that are truly self sufficient and capable of navigating life's pitfalls successfully as you have apparently managed to do.

      According to the three major networks, the granting of numerous waivers to Barack Obama's health care law, including 38 in April alone to wealthy, entertainment businesses in Nancy Pelosi's San Francisco district, isn't of much interest. ABC and CBS have completely ignored waivers, while NBC only included a general mention from a Republican senator.

      As the Daily Caller's Matthew Boyle reported, 1300 waivers have been granted and while that information is online, "it has not made public which companies and other entities have been denied waivers and why they were denied." 20 percent went to Pelosi's district.

      The Senate on Wednesday rejected Republican-backed legislation intended to speed up and expand offshore oil and gas drilling.

      In a 42-57 vote, the Senate failed to move forward with the bill, which was opposed by the White House and most Senate Democrats. Republicans needed 60 votes for the measure to proceed.

      Every Senate Democrat voted against the motion to proceed
