Microsoft owns .013 per cent of the Facebook's 2.5 billion shares. That comes to 32.5 million shares. At a price of 35.00 per share, that would come to well over 1 billion dollars worth of the Facebook stock.

Microsoft's share is insignificant -- a few percent, I believe. No one knows its value, as a share price is not yet established.
