Loony lib quote of the week

"...I doubts's it, 250k agi? yah right smeone who is here 16/7 with no job and unlimited posting time makes 250k after deductions, yeah right. "

There is much you "doubt" that is fact. Is is unimportant one way or another, OTHER than to point out that you are not in a position to talk with experience. You are "uninformed".

Let's see if you can figure this one out, my salary when my company was active was never over $75K per year, but I have personally paid over $400K in income taxes alone, closer to $1M if all taxes are factored. One year the salaried employees got bonuses like in excess of 5 figures on the low end, union employees got a personal untaxed "gift" of $7500 each.

Yes I was way too generous, considering where we are today, I regret nothing. What too few business people realize is that two can do the job, but someone in a key skilled position, say a crane operator, who does a little extra and is adept and motivated can make you a couple of thousand dollars a day over one who is capable but slower and just doing his job. A guy pushing a broom as CFury claims he is cannot be worth a whole lot more regardless, learn a skill.

My guys busted their but*s and it was appreciated, I understood they were a key ingredient, but each was replaceable too. They were rewarded for ability AND motivation within the organization.

Now I prefer to be generous with people who actually work, not have that money confiscated and given to those who are not contributing if they can contribute.
