Yes, it seems MS employees and others with something to gain through their affiliation with the abusive monopoly get these special versions of Windows that never crash. They all say what you just said. Amazing.
MS just needs to add the option to boot into the W7 desktop and that would solve most of W8's problems. I much prefer Android's icons to W8 tiles on smartphones and tablets but at least on tablets the tiles serve a function. On non touch devices tiles are on obstacle.
Intel's processors are extremely competitive on desktops, laptops, servers and supercomputers. Tablets and smartphones are imminent.
