You know, if the rates go up to 39.6, guys like Kochs, Buffet, Gates, and other truly "rich" won't feel a thing. It only hurts the small business people, working professionals and couples whose incomes can easily meet the threshold and who are by no means "rich." Surprised you'd be for it. The really get the "rich" you'd have to go after the way they make money. But of course that won't happen, because they put the impostor in chief in the white house.
