    160,000 leave labor force and still jobless rate ticks up to 7.9%

     

    Another bad report with the market desperately looking to consider it good. Basically more of the same failure spun in a new way because if Americans' "feel richer" there is no reason for actual substance, right Bernanke and Barack?

    "The number of Americans not in the labor force grew by 169,000 in January, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ latest jobs report."

      And all the liberal media talks about is that some 150,000 jobs were created! Meanwhile U/E rate is UP, Participation Rate is DOWN. Total Unemployed is UP. Employment rate is DOWN. Economy is contracting. Official govenment statistics say inflation is flat, except for the cots of food & fuel! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

      But we are to believe that that everything is wonderful in Obamaland, and what isn't is all Bush's fault!

        What is interesting now is the spin the left, and the leftist medai is putting on these bad economic numbers trying to make it look good. Every attempt they make causes them to contridict what they said earlier about the economy.
        And Obama's suggestion that congress needs to be bipartisan, and spend more tax payer money growing the economy is just idiotic economics.
