Surface Pro....a bad time...a "muted" experience.....
Talk about the wrong stuff.....more crud from Seattle from the folks that never "get it" and probably never will....

Lots of reviews complain about poor battery life. What if the Surface Pro was solar powered? It could probably run an extra 30 minutes from the glare off Steve Ballmer's head.

it's the rain dude..blame it on the rain..dismal place except for a few months in the summer..depressing design for a cloudy and rainy day.

I understand now....I remember watching the Frasier show based in Seattle, where Crane the Psychologist told some caller (to his radio show) depressed about living in the gloom of the Northwest to get-the-hell-out and move South to warmer and sunnier climates....and thus Apple's salad-days began. Weird twist on that show, was that Frasier had a son living in Boston being raised by his mother, but selfish Frasier just HAD to live in Seattle with his crippled father because "it was funnier" Rename the show...Father of the Year.

What is there to "get", whacko? The reviews are coming in and they are largely negative as we have been saying they would be for reasons discussed here at length. The Surface POS (incorrectly spelled "Pro") is useless outside of a narrow business niche and it's even unsuited for that due to the lousy battery life.
These turds will die on long airplane rides and leave the business traveler to scramble to find some place to charge up before the big sales meeting he's already late to. The price will keep the market small until MS starts liquidating them via deep price cuts. JUNK.
