Earnings to be released in 10 days and probally a dividend increase as well. They just reinstated divi policy after 4-straigt Qs of profits and bright future. They normally pay around an 8% return, so nice raises to come soon and nice price apprecations to come with each news release. Great stuff for this market condition. I have a huge posiiton and buying more this morning for full disclosure.
