WSJ: If you are healthy your premiums could double or triple thanks to obamacare

Why? Because your premium will need to reflect cost of treating others with pre-existing conditions.

It is another wealth redistribution mechanism and taxing mechanism, nothing more. Someone pays for all "free lunches".

    • We are paying now.....go to hospital...can not pay increases charges to those who can pay

    • "others with pre-existing conditions."

You should be lucky that others will have to pay for your psychiatric treatments ... and the bibs that you drool on.

    • Are you now saying treating pre-existing conditions is unfair to you because it's wealth redistribution? You think people with pre-existing conditions should just suffer? When someone has to go to another plan, with pre-existing conditions, they should be disallowed from health care? You want insurance companies to decide people's fate? Really? The law is on the books, and it's very good. I's not wealth redistribution, it's smarter health care and saves everyone money. You're only saying this because Obama is for it.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

Why carry insurance if you can buy it only when you need it, moe?

I will drop my personal insurance, attempt to limit my taxable income such that I will pay a small or no penalty, pay for my own normal health care as I do now with only a catastrophic policy $4,000 premium a year with $10K deductible), and buy insurance only when the need arises.

        Got logic, got working brains?

    • Yeah thats the idea. You just now understanding it??

One of these days all current payers will be sicker than they are now and then will reap the benefit.

All modern democracies have some form of this plan, why do you think we can't make it work in the USA ??
Why do you hate the USA ??

      • "All modern democracies have some form of this plan..."

Totally untrue statement from the useful idiot.

Why are 94% of all tort awards in the world in the U.S.?

Why are you so stupid and uninformed as to think you can cherry pick parts and still have it work?

And the Democracies that have a universal plan are universally in financial trouble too.

    • hopefully you wont be elligible for Obama Care so we wont have to pay for your ins premiums- why dont you immigrate to Brazil- isnt that where the rebs that got their butts kicked in the Civil War escaped to back in 1865--I hear they have great medical technology available- HAR HAR HAR HAR HAR HAR HAR HAR HAR
