IGR trading 22pct below N.A.V.
this is amazing. You can now buy IGR for 22% less than what the REIT securities are worth in the open market today. I would love the logic behind the person who sold at 9 bucks today? Will the Genius who sold today please explain why? And while you're at it, please let us know what you paid for the stock as well! Anybody?
