My entry point is at $7.09 for 4000 shares. I don't think it will go down below $7, but if it happens will accumulate more.
Greek crisis has nothing to do with American economy, the panic selling creates the opportunity.
one company is canadian and the other two are australian but most of the assets are in the U.S. There is this other poster who says they have only one property in France. He is wrong. They also have property investments in the U.K. Holland and Finland. He should view the lastest annual report and just read the monthly synopsis of the largest ten holdings. By the way I'm in summerlin.
Got to watch the discount. IGR was due for a pullback as it hit 0% discount. It usually trades for a 15% discount so do the math. I sold off more then half my holdings at 8.01 (now I wish I'd sold it all). I will buy back in, looking at 6.35
Thoughts on those 2 German Real Estate Helge Funds halting redemptions on Friday? Then the GGP and Simon deal blowing up minutes later.
