I bought this thing at 13 and then a boat load at 3.80 when the RE market crashed and the credit market froze a few years back. I waited and waited and waited. Got out a several months ago when it hit 8 (IRA account) and paid no commish! :-) Could care less about trading to its NAV. I still watch this thing though. It is a great fund, IMHO.
