How do you rate “Best of the World Military”.

How do you rate “Best of the World Military”.

To have the “Best of the World Military” you must have the full support of the civilian population.

We do not have that condition. The few times in our history where we ever close to had full support of the population was after December 7th 1941 and September 11th 2001.

Today Americans say that they support our troops. They say that with a wink and a nod.

They only support our troops when it is in their own self interest.

Let Johnny do it. But, not my Johnny.

Case in point. Administration of the Veterans Administration. Cancellation of the F-22 Fighters which will make the Air Force on par with other nations in 5 to 10 years. Political bull with purchasing new Tanker Aircraft to support the Air Arm. Colleges taking Federal Money but refusing to allow ROTC programs on campus.

Making our Country Energy Independent. What was the reason for the Energy Department. How long has it been in existence. What is its budget? Has it been effective? Bush signed an Executive Order allowing Off-Shore Drilling. Obama rescinded it. How much of our Petro Dollars goes to individuals who support our destruction. No Wind Farms where I go sailing. No Nuke plants in my State.

I can go on and on. But just let the other Johnny do it. Don’t ask me to make a sacrifice, in time, money, or service to my country.
