    Over half of US citizens pay zero taxes

    At least be factual when posting. The latest statistic shows that 45% pay no Federal Income Tax. They still pay FICA Taxes, sales taxes, excise taxes, etc. By the way, the richest 400 taxpayers have an effective tax rate of just over 17%. That is less than I pay and others in the middle class pay. Maybe they should pay their fair share. Currently those that receive qualifying dividends only pay 15% and 15% Fed. tax on long term capital gains.
