I would Expect the Dividend announcment to come much sooner than the 19th, but the other dates you give seem reasonable..
Expect for the coming year about a 10 cents per share divident payed to Ge from GE Capital per quarter. Some of thei may or may not be passed on to the GE shareholders, the potential is there but it is not written in stone..
