When you think about it, the wealthy should pay more.

Look, they have made tons of money on a manipulated market that they normally wouldn't have, so why should they benefit so handsomely while some family gets thrown out of their house and into the disgusting street after paying a mortgage for 20 years?

Besides the point. how about government...yes government stop wasting money...i'm sure rich people would be more than happy to give more in a good economy and if it weren't going into the hands of a president hell bent on experimenting with socialist theory

      • Come one... the rich have benefited from a manipulated market.

And it's not as if the rich need the money. It would be better to force them to disgorge their provits and use those to guarantee every American an income of, say, $70,000 or so, that they could spend on housing, appliances... whatever. That would do far more to stimulate the economy than giving the money to the banksters as has been done so far.

Investors would benefit from the dramatic ramp-up in economic activity.

        Everyone wins.

Think of it as "trickle down" to the wealthy.

I for one resent every penny given to obama so he can play with marxism...

    • How much more? Oh, don't you think the chronic "takers" should pay into the system as well?
Don't you think government wasteful spending should be cut immediately?
OK, I won't tax your imagination with these tough questions and request an immediate response. Take a few days. And one more question, can you define "wealthy"? Perhaps it's anyone who works for living. I think that's what's going to happen despite Obama who lied about not including the middle class in his tax increase plans. In fact, I'll bet on it.
