No, Judge Parsons is stuck in his own trap. He has no choice but to rule for SIGA. The funny thing about that pathetic argument is that it could go either direction. ie, he wanted them to settle, so that he didn't have to totally screw Siga. He doesn't want either company to go under. But now he is forced to give all of 246 to PIP.
