It will be a long, long time before PIP
sees any money flowing on to its receiving desk..so far this is all talk and SIGA will appeal the decision and keep this case in the courts for years and years..it always happens that way to stocks I own.

Can Siga afford the Bond to appeal? To appeal, I believe you have to cover the judgement. Could be close to $200M to appeal.

Excellent point regarding the appeal. An appeal bond will have to be posted and that will be a big nut. So siga would have to dillute at rock bottom prices to file an appeal that would be a longshot at best. Well given their past track record of making terrible decisions, that may very well be their next course of action.
