Insider Trades??

Where did you find this info. I couldn't find it on yahoo insider transactions???-
150k today from Reichman ... agree with the below, not a big indicator one way or another; just awarded these shares.

Not really. It's true they were "awarded the warrants," but they did have to put up their own money to exercise them. ($1.13 was the exercise price.) They put up close to a quarter of a million dollars. Very bullish in my opinion.

These were not insider trades. As per the sec website(check yourself), options were granted to the three individuals discussed in this thread. They have not spent a dime of their own $$$ on Pharmathene shares. This is the company compensating them to stay on board the sinking ship

Siana, I posted this on I-Hub. I go through so many news articles, I am trying to find where I found it. But this was my post on I-Hub- PIP; Form 4 insider purchase. On 12-3-2012 Linda Chang bought 75,000 shares; Jordan Karp bought 65,000 shares and Francesca Cook bought 65,000 shares @ $1.13. I will keep looking where I found it. Old age, you know. I will post where I found it once I find it.
