Remember, it was originally ruled that SIGA has to pay one-half of net profits of ST-246 & all of its derivatives to PIP for 10 years. On their last call SIGA said they were deferring all revenues for ST-246 until the NDA is accepted. SIGA never submitted their NDA. SIGA will collect 285 million $ over the next 2 years. Until SIGA shows a net profit, PIP is locked out. Be careful!
Who's to say that pip doesn't know the formula to st-246 and could partner with another company to alter that formula and possibly make it better, for future profits, just in case Siga holds back on revenue for several years to punish Pip. I don't think Siga is going to holdback on st-246 from big contracts of profit and let the competion have time to catch up. Oh! and you say Siga would sue pip for stealing their formula and altering it and then partnering with another company to sell it in other countries, right, and how long will it take Siga to get them in court and win after Pip files one appeal after another, while other competion catches up.
even if PIP goes BK, someone will buy what is left of the company to collect the future profits..doesn't matter if they go into oblivion...someone will collect that money. If it happens. I hope PIP gets shut out.
