how can this even make a lick of trading sense

I would like to think that i am honest investor that doesnt short a stock in making money the real honest way. Locate a stock invesigate the best i can with indepth analylsis and have a detailed plan of exicution in obtaining at a great value and hold until news or potential increase of company value is obtained. Blah blah blah .... I know right. How did this make awesome gains like should have for the last 1-2 years and is all lost in a week. Furthermore, and pps projection have risen to 7.25. Why is this not at least even a 3-4 dollar stock with all of the value i read on the boards and company news. also how many times does this case have to be brought up before anything that pertains to it makes this pps go up. i mean even if there are appeals are share holders really selling outof fear driving this down. OR am i fighting against unknown forces that keep this dog down. I mean we where dowgraded for what seemed to be great performance in the last week...... What was that all about. I am sorry but i need something honest and indepth to explain why I cant evem get back to 2.91 to get out and break even. Also am i able to sell this on the side to anyone for 2.91 to make a deal and get out. Ill evem go 2.50. If you are interested please meaasge me and lets make this transaction happen. Guys and please dont insult me for not knowning the very ins and outs of stocks im trying my best to make some momey and learn. Have a good one! I am still and STRONG HOLD!
