I realize the company has no legal obligation to keep us informed on recent developments in the court case before us but isn't there some kind of a moral code, a sense of obligation to the shareholders to at least inform them of a change in the court proceedings that tell us the decision has been delayed. When it becomes a fact (as this did) why in the world could not they not post a one-liner on their website regarding the official delay? The absolute failure for this company to put forth an effort to inform the little guy tells me the front office lacks substance and I am offended. You can bet the information provided yesterday by an alert poster here was received by many interested financially in such data as we groped in the dark wondering why the delay.
I appreciate your comment homebuilder but my question really goes beyond the legal ramifications and into the "nice guy" arena where many companies would have provided the data that you did simply as a gesture to the many shareholders out there straining to find any news at all on the subject.
