Normally I don't like to brag on these boards but I have played RNF almost perfectly over the last two years, bought in at $20, rode it to the top and sold, with a couple of other profitable trades in between. RNF is very scary right now, broke all support levels, which does not bode well mid-term. I expect the downtrend to continue over the next few months, and will continue to watch along with natural gas and corn prices. What is interesting is how well, TNH and UAN have performed compared to RNF, I would be very nervous holding those two as I expect them to get pulled down next. I will make my purchase in RNF at $25 if it gets there, I think it may just do that, and then will probably hold it for five or ten years after if that price is reached. In the meantime I'm buying GFA, just got back from Brazil, and the real estate sector has picked up big time even compared to a few months ago. My neighbor bought a condo for 260k 3 months ago and just flipped with no improvements for 310k. Anyway, good luck all.
Your post makes no sense what so ever, you want to buy it at 25 and hold it for 5 to 10 years? do you know how to predict the future? you don't know what NG are going to be in 5 to 10 years or tomorrow for that matter. You guys trade very strange in my opinion.
thats awesome -- I thought of that too. I was interested in buying a condo in Fortaleza a couple of yrs ago and renting it out then flipping it . you actually did it ---cool. I see RNF way up after hours
that yield will be coming down...that kind of is the point, eh?? cost of what they are selling is coming down a bit while the cost of what goes into it has gone up big time. The correction is lagging a bit to natural gas prices so she should come back down to where she started. See you there.
